Car seat manufacturer Recaro has gone the extra mile for Alonso: The child seat is a special custom-made item and matches the color scheme of Alonso’s Formula 1 helmet design with various shades of blue, yellow, and red accents.
The hypercar comes in the “Diamante Verde” version, meaning a dark green shimmering visible carbon look. It is a Pagani Zonda 760 Roadster, available in limited numbers at an estimated price of ten million euros.
A video on social media shows Alonso taking delivery of the car in Monaco – manually unlocking the door lock. Afterwards, Alonso personally attaches the front license plate before setting off on his first drive under the watchful eyes of numerous curious onlookers.
How exclusive is Alonso’s Pagani Zonda
Pagani built around 140 Zonda units from 1999 to 2019. However, Alonso’s vehicle is particularly exclusive: It is powered by a 760 hp V12 engine from Mercedes-AMG, located behind the driver.

However, the Pagani is not brand new: Alonso bought it used – from the first owner. The previous owner mostly kept the vehicle in the garage and only drove it for about 800 kilometers.
How much Alonso will drive it remains open. The two-time Formula 1 world champion owns several exclusive sports cars, including a Mercedes-Benz CLK GTR and an Aston Martin Valkyrie. Alonso, on the other hand, already sold his Ferrari Enzo again in 2023 – reportedly for over five million euros.
In the 2026 Formula 1 season, Alonso has so far mostly been trailing behind: His Aston Martin AMR26 suffers from weak performance and lack of reliability. So far, neither Alonso nor teammate Lance Stroll have scored points.
